Who will enjoy this workshop?  All who are seeking artistic knowledge and enlightenment on 'The Power of Color' within our personal lives; and those who would like to learn the basics of the beautiful art of watercolor-pen and ink, and pastel.

Urania’s  personal art supplies will be furnished free for each student’s use in the classroom…compliments of Jack Richeson and Co. 

Workshop will include:  Lecture by Urania on the power of color as it affects every human’s mind and lives though art, music, astrological correlations, the mystery of black and white, color therapy in our homes and public surroundings.  Also the importance of how and why we surround ourselves with color, and who are the people that exerts the most control without our knowledge as to what will be the color of the year?  All this and more fun tidbits on color will be addressed.

After lunch, Urania will give a short lecture on how to read the ‘color wheel’, and present a demonstration on the easy steps of creating a beautiful floral watercolor painting augmented with pen and ink for added beauty. Also a few art tidbits on pastel enhancement will be shared.  Each student will finish one small and one medium sized painting worthy of framing, to take home, admire and relive their exciting artistic day.         

A box lunch will be provided to all attendees at an added cost…Please advise Pam when making class reservations.  Wine tasting if desired…
