On Saturday April 18, Pat Aragon, Sierra Pastel Society President, is inviting members of both PAA and SPS to the third annual plein air paint-out day at Sinclair Farm. Lots of animals, a large pond, fruit trees, pastures, farm equipment, barn and out-buildings. Time and Location: 9am to 4pm, Sinclair Ranch, 647 Lozanos Road, Newcastle, CA. On Wednesday, May 6, PAA and SPS members are invited to 710 Sierra Drive, Placerville (GPS address). There is covered patio space as well as the outside views and llama, goats, deer, an perhaps a chicken or two! Parking is minimal so if anyone can carpool from the city pool or Catholic Church parking lots that would be great. The owner wants to remind you to please bring your own chairs, etc.
