"Magnum Opus XXVI" - Entries Now Open!

Sacramento Fine Arts Center's Annual Open Show, Magnum Opus XXVI, is a national juried art exhibit showing original art, sculpture, photography, painting, all mediums. $1000 Best of Show Award. Additional cash and merchandise awards! Judge is Linda Gelfman. Entry deadline is midnight on June 30th, 2015. More information is available here. 

II. Tahoe Public Art Call Summary

We are inviting proposals for Truckee River Pipe Art, a permanent public art installation to be placed on the surface of a metal sewer pipe that spans the Truckee River just downstream from the outlet gates in Tahoe City, CA. The pipe is visible from Highway 89 between Tahoe City and the Alpine Meadows turn off, and is highly visible from the Truckee River, especially for rafters who float beneath it. Proposals must be submitted by 6:00PM on July 10, 2015.
